VerteGuard is a personal posture coach: a small B10 wearable sensor plus the VerteGuard app on your phone. The sensor reads the angle of your upper back, and the app shows your posture live, coaches you and tracks your progress.

Clip the B10 between your shoulder blades, pair it with the app, then sit the way you'd like to sit and hold still for a moment. During a session the app compares your position with that personal reference and shows Upright, Leaning or Slouching with a score from 0 to 100.

Most of us only think about posture when something reminds us. VerteGuard keeps an eye on it during a session, and with Premium the Coach speaks up only when a slouch holds for a while, so a quick lean to reach something never counts.

No. VerteGuard is a wellness product for posture awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have pain or a medical condition, talk to a qualified health professional.

Yes. The app reads your posture from the B10, so a session can only start once your B10 is connected. The B10 and the app are designed to work as one system.

Clip the sensor between your shoulder blades, just below the neck, so it sits flat against your shirt. Too low and it reads your hips instead of your spine, which makes every reading look better than it is.

In the app, sit the way you'd like to sit all day, tap Set posture and hold still for a moment. That becomes your personal target. Set it again whenever you move where you wear the sensor.

Switch the sensor on and hold it close to your phone, and the app finds nearby B10s over Bluetooth. Pick yours up and give it a shake: the one that says Moving now is yours.

Yes. The B10 works together with the VerteGuard app on your phone. The live posture view, the Coach and your history all live in the app.

Yes. VerteGuard is available on Google Play for phones running Android 8.0 or later with Bluetooth.

VerteGuard measures your posture while you sit or stand still. When you move, it pauses measuring and shows Paused, you're moving, so walking never counts against you. Walking coaching is in development and not available yet.

No. The free app pairs your B10, sets your posture and runs tracking sessions with a live posture figure and today's upright percentage. VerteGuard Premium is optional and adds the talking Coach, progress, the training path, goals, streaks, achievements, reminders and export.

VerteGuard Premium is $4.99 a month in the US, and prices in other countries are set by your local app store. There's no free trial, and you can cancel any time in your store account. Premium is an app subscription only and never includes the B10.

Yes, with Premium. During a session the Coach speaks short, friendly lines: a gentle correction when a slouch holds, encouragement as you go and a celebration when you hit a goal. You can turn Coach voice off at any time and the messages still show on screen.

With Premium, the Progress tab shows your upright time for Today, 7 days and 30 days, along with active days and streaks. You also get a weekly report, a daily goal, achievements to earn and export as CSV or PDF.

Yes, with Premium. Export your sessions as a spreadsheet (CSV) or a document (PDF), built on your phone. Nothing leaves your phone until you choose where to send it.

The B10 wearable is sold through our online store; use any Shop Now button on this site. The VerteGuard app is a free download on Google Play, and the iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store.
